I am a professional property manager with over 8 years of experience in management and 15 years in Real Estate. I manage several single family homes and condos throughout the South Florida area. While I manage different types of properties, my expertise is in the short term rental market. I have maintained a superhost status since 2015. I do this by keeping guest’s happy while also out performing market rates, this keeps my clients happy.
I use professional tools such as dynamic pricing software, a channel manager which sends my listings into every booking platform including Google and I use property management software (PMS) for operations. These tools integrate directly into my website to achieve our goals.
I have implemented strategies to boost numbers and page views that have proven successful. This is very important to stay competitive in todays saturated market.
My company can also provide and manage the cleaning. Having the right cleaners is paramount in maintaining a Superhost status. We work with a network of qualified handy men, electricians and landscapers. They have been vetted and have shown to work efficiently and reliable. Most importantly they are accustomed to work around our booking calendars and understand our business.
In my years working in real estate I have fully rehabbed 10+ homes. This skill set is something I provide my customers. I can help them with designing and bringing to life an inviting environment for guests. Focusing on amenities that are sought after. This is also important for getting your listing viewed and booked!

I am a member of the FAVR (Florida Alliance for Vacation Rentals), hold an active Real Estate License. I have taken design courses at the University of Miami.
