My name is Arthur Valera, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager with The Boulevard Property Management. Previous to real estate I was a Project Engineer in construction. Many skills were transferable making property management easy to pick up. Core skills are problem solving, coordinating, planning, budgeting, and creating systems.
