Lunabase is a luxury Travelstay and Property Management company. In 2021, born out of a desire to host, we launched our first smart home and began our hosting journey. We began by managing our own investment properties and swiftly expanded to offer the same high level of service to other property investors.
We offer full-service rental management to the South Florida area with a focus on short and mid-term rentals, and standard 20-30% management fees for a full suite of services. Rates and services are customized based on (1) services needed, (2) annual rental frequency (minimum of 9 months rental availability required), and (3) estimated rental revenue.
Full-service offering includes full guest communication, checkin/checkout management, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, inspections, guest concierge, and more.
