I am partnering with a local broker/asset manager to offer property management, cleanings, home organization, interior design, and staging.

- Airbnb Co-Host Fee: 20% **includes accounting**

- Long Term Rental management fee: 10% **includes accounting**

- Airbnb cleanings require a consultation for a quote

Standard Cleanings & Organization:

- $45 an hour for 1 worker

- $75 an hour for 2 workers

Deep Clean/Detailing & Move Out Cleans:

- $60 an hour for 1 worker

- $100 an hour for 2 workers

**Includes carpet cleaning if client wishes**

Carpet Cleaning Alone (we own a brand new Bissel ProHeat 2x)

- $50 an hour

**Pricing includes our own eco-friendly cleaning products and any/all equipment we use**

**All Deep/Move Out cleans get brought an air purifier to run in each room**

**First time Deep Clean/Move out clients get a special of 2 worker for $80 an hour**
