My name is Jeanne Tiberio and I would love to be your Nutritionist!

I am a Nutritionist and Wellness coach, with an educational background in Nutrition and Food Science. I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach as well. Currently I write and produce a weekly podcast called "Healing Outside the Box". My areas of specialty are diabetes, weight loss, and heart disease management.

My fee includes phone or Skype nutrition counseling sessions and follow-up emails with a written nutrition plan. The plan includes long term, 3 months, and weekly goal setting if desired. My first session is free!

To me, cooking great food at home is both a treat for your senses and a way to socially interact with friends and family. It's a great joy for me to be able to do the same for others.

I started tutoring in math and reading on an informal basis, for friends whose children were struggling in school. It pleased me to see their faces when they understood a math problem that was previously a puzzle to them. I personally gained confidence in my ability to solve complex math problems by the 8th grade. That confidence led to a degree from Cornell University, which literally changed my life.
