Hello

I am an experienced middle school tutor who loves building children’s confidence through direct/pointed compliments and constructive redirection.

I was never satisfied with student’s results when I was in a classroom settings. Teacher’s focus are forced in many directions veering away from students. My skills are best suited for one-on-one learning in a student-centered environment.

I am most happy teaching specifically to the individual, taking them from where they are and together going where they need be: Feeling proud, confident and successful in their academic journey.

I am welcoming new students now. I work especially well with students that need to develop alternative methods for learning. My former and current students have prepared and continue to teach me how to better teach those suffering with low confidence, poor scholastic discipline/drive, depression, ADD/ADHD and anxiety disorders.
