1) Integrity: I would be doing my clients a huge disservice if I was not completely honest at all times. I will never push a buyer or seller into continuing the deal if I did not think it was best for them. I pride myself on being completely transparent and someone you can trust.
2) Communication: If your realtor is not proactively reaching out to you or returning your calls right away, then they are only adding to the already stressful process of buying or selling. There's nothing more frustrating than pulling teeth to try and get answers. I know I hate being in the dark and I certainly wouldn't want that for my clients.
3) Dedication: I love what I do and it shows in the results I get for my clients. I attack everyday with diligence and enthusiasm. It is always my mission to keep as much money in your pockets as possible with the least amount of headaches.
