Our Process:
Our services, especially the resume writing process is a collaborative effort. For all services listed below: once you submit your order, you will receive an email that explains the next steps of the process and gives you access to the appropriate questionnaire for the services you selected (i.e. resume questionnaire, LinkedIn questionnaire). For a more detailed explanation of processes for each service, please see below.
Resumes/Cover Letters: Rush options are available, however general turnaround time is 4-6 business days.
1) Submit your order form along with your current resume (if possible) through our website. If you do not have a resume, that is okay, we will build one from scratch for you.
2) Complete the resume questionnaire where you will provide your writer with any details that aren't included on your current resume (awards, accomplishments, relevant job history, etc.) *This step is important so we can tailor your new resume to the jobs you are seeking.*
3) Once your writer has produced your new resume/cover letter, you will receive a draft to review and suggest changes if necessary.
4) Once we have finalized your document(s), we send you the final copies as an editable Word (.docx) file and a PDF file.
LinkedIn Profile Optimization: This service includes all sections of your LinkedIn profile along with a strategy document to provide you with professional tips for getting the best results on the LinkedIn platform during your active job search.
1) Submit your order using our order form on the website.
2) You will receive a "Next Steps" email giving you access to complete the LinkedIn questionnaire.
3) We notify you once your profile is complete.
Interview Prep/Career Coaching: This service includes one 60-minute coaching session via phone or video. It is a combination of practice, feedback, and individualized coaching tailored to your career goals.
1) Submit your order using our order form on the website.
2) Complete the "Mock Interview & Coaching" questionnaire sent to you via email.
3) Once we receive your questionnaire, we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule your session.
