Traveling trainer Offering basic boxing, Strength and conditioning, weight loss bodybuilding and toning athletic speed and agility also welcoming small group and bootcamp style workouts and basic nutrition advice I also offer virtual training for those who need. Certified personal trainer also certified in self defense. I price by session, weekly or monthly. if paying by session it 30 per hour and 15 per half hour session.
