My name is Michael Buelow.

Experts say that 97% of everything you need to know to keep you and your family safe has nothing to do with kicking and punching.

I primarily teach personal safety. I also teach karate and some traditional weapons.

I provide private and small group lessons in my home, scheduled at your convenience.

I teach anyone over the age of 13 years. This includes the elderly and infirm, the young and bullied, and people with a variety of disabilities.

My classes are different from any martial arts school that I know of. I teach prevention, observation, avoidance, and escape. I don't just teach fighting.

Current Martial Arts students will benefit from these classes, too.
