Studying martial arts for over 20 years and having served in the US Marine Corps infantry for 4 years I have put together a system to help to strengthen and condition the mind and body. Muay Thai, taekwondo, and physical strength training will help to build mental and physical toughness. Meditation and mindfulness practices allows for the mind to become fortified by bringing awareness to the mind-body connection.
