I have been teaching self-defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Yoga for over a decade, and run a martial arts gym in Boston. I am a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, have also trained Kickboxing extensively, and have completed a 200 hour Yoga teaching certification. As a professional, passionate, and dedicated instructor, I am excited to work with you in a private or group setting to:
-Develop practical self-defense techniques
-Learn the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
-Practice vinyasa Yoga
-Get in shape using Kickboxing and martial arts, as well as calisthenics
