Kaje Wise is a vocal coach and musician based out of the Central District in Seattle, they teach on Zoom and in person in the studio! Teaching Jesse Cromer of All Access Studio's incredible technique, Kaje Wise can help you along your voice journey, and also offers songwriting and beginner guitar lessons. Evening if you are an absolute beginner or a pro looking for assistance in troubled areas, Kaje can help! Kaje teaches everything from pop to folk, musical theater to classical, and beyond... The beginning age for lessons is 12 years old, and never caps! If a student has a desire to begin earlier, we make exceptions. Kaje is able to help tweens and teens prepare for competitions such as solo & ensemble as well as NATS. Kaje strives to create not only an inclusive space, but one where a student feels safe to be vulnerable and sing their heart out. Kaje also specializes in gender affirming vocal care, and has a breadth of knowledge on how to support students undergoing a hormonal / social transition.
They began their musical journey at a young age, when no one could stop them from singing. Finding their passion in choir, they began developing their voice classically at the age of 12. Their work in music turned in their early twenties when they found guitar, and began songwriting, producing, performing and composing original works. Kaje Wise is a student of Cornish College of the Arts, where they have gained a breadth of skills, from music theory, to composition, to guitar skills and ethnomusicological research, specifically in regards to American folk music. They are also the band leader and songwriter of the indie folk/rock band, Wiseacre.
