I'm a twin and an adoring father to a 6-year-old boy. My journey includes: playing D1 in college and semi-pro soccer in Italy, winning NBC's Fear Factor, and touring the world with my band, Madina Lake. In 2018, I founded 501c3 Charity Bomb to help children grow mental muscle.
After re-discovering my passion for soccer, I've become a Divisional Coordinator for AYSO, I coach my son's team, and I play in two men's leagues.
Soccer Accolades:
• '92 - IHSSCA All-Conference, All-State, All-Midwest Honors at Fremd HS
• '93 - Full scholarship to play D-1 Men's Soccer at Butler University
• '96 - Was recruited to train and play for Firenze Serie C in Italy.
What I Offer: Personal One Hour Training Sessions for players at any level, between the ages of 4 through 16 to learn:
• Technical Proficiency: Ball control, touch, dribbling, passing, and shooting
• Tactical Awareness: Game comprehension, positioning, and decision-making
• Agility and Speed: Enhancing quick movements and acceleration
• Strength, Stamina, and Endurance: Building the physical fitness required to sustain high-level play throughout a match. Improving overall body strength to withstand physical challenges and prevent injuries
• Psychological Skills Training:
- Resilience: Developing the ability to recover quickly from setbacks and maintain focus
- Confidence: Building self-belief and trust in one's abilities, eliminating limiting beliefs
- Motivation: Cultivating a strong desire to improve and achieve goals
- Concentration: Enhancing the ability to stay focused and attentive during play
- Positive Mindset: Maintaining a positive attitude, which is critical for overcoming challenges and achieving success
I will work with you (or your player) wherever you are to elevate your game, both on and off the pitch. My training sessions emphasize the importance of mental strength, helping young players to build confidence and motivation, form atomic habits, and approach each game, and life, with a winning attitude.
