My academic background in Kinesiology, with a focus on sport performance and human physiology, provides me with an in-depth comprehension of the human body and mind. I employ a blend of techniques such as narrative therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, breathwork, and somatic releases to assist my clients throughout their healing journey.
