There are many rewards about my job. The first one that comes to mind is the ability to perform my job outside. I rather be outside then inside day in and day out. Next would be my customers. I greatly enjoy meeting new people and being able to have a conversation face to face so they know who they are hiring. Being confident in what you do helps a lot and that shows when face to face with the customer. I believe good customer communications and the ability to perform the service will build a great bond with some. If I had the ability to start owning my business years ago I would like to think that would be awesome but with times comes growing up and responsibility and with that I am glad I waited later in life to do so!
