His mission is to meet the needs of small-business owners and individuals/families by providing bookkeeping and tax services to help those owners who cannot afford a full-time bookkeeper and would rather focus on their core business.

Randy Rial is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and has over 30 years of experience working for CPA firms and Fortune 500 companies as well as with small businesses. Randy has served in roles of controller as well as consultant.

- Establish and maintain accounting system in QuickBooks
- Create monthly financials, explain results, and provide recommendations
- Perform functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
