I am an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS and admitted to practice before the IRS for all 50 states. I specialize in representing Real Estate agents, IT Professionals, Truckers, and small businesses to resolve their tax issues.
I also hold the United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP) designation which allows me to practice and represent clients before the United States Tax Court as a Non-Attorney. Only less then 250 people hold this prestigious credential.
I have a Master of Science in Taxation degree from the prestigious Golden Gate University where I enhanced my knowledge of tax law. I am a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (awarded by American Society of Tax Problem Solvers - ASTPS). I also have the prestigious Fellowship from NTPI, awarded to persons who specialize in Tax Resolution work. I have resolved numerous taxpayer issues and eliminated their tax debts through Partial Pay Installment agreements, Audit Reconsiderations, as well as get taxpayers enrolled into Currently Non-Collectible status. I love helping taxpayers and get their problems resolved.
