I’m a PhD candidate at UC Berkeley researching Artificial Intelligence. I received my Bachelor’s degrees from UC Berkeley in Applied Math and Electrical Engineering & Computer Science
I tutor all level of Maths; Pre-Algebra, Algebra Elementary and Advanced Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre Calculus , Calculus ( I, II,&III) , Linear Algebra and Discrete Math.
I also provide tutoring for various tests like ISEE, SAT , SAT-Subjects , ACT and GRE. I have tutored over 50 students in SAT Math and SAT level I&II (Math). All my students have scored over 760 and 15 students achieved perfect score. I'm very proud of that number and constantly work on improving it.
My teaching style is to ask my students focused questions that cause them to think, then determine the correct answers for themselves. One of my main goals is to make sure that the student understands the concepts and uses logical reasoning to solve problems rather than memorizing how to do a specific problem and hoping that a similar problem shows up on the test.

The rate on my profile is for remote sessions and for in person session in a 10 mile radius of Berkeley, CA.
For in person sessions that are outside the 10 mile radius, the rate is usually 90-100/hr depending on how far the location is.
