I utilize various clinical modalities, including Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, guided imagery, breathwork, and solution-focused brief therapy, among others, to help you tackle your obstacles effectively and quickly.
I aim to assist you in living a life that is congruent with your authentic self, in harmony with your surroundings, and aligned with your beliefs. I support you in developing a regular spiritual practice that fosters creativity, beauty, and peace. Regardless of your faith tradition, I strive to help you find peace and meaning in the existential issues that you struggle with.
In working with individuals or couples, I can provide you with a toolbox of techniques to help you overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy issues, and communication problems. I also address spiritual roadblocks, guiding you toward a path of joy, peace, and purpose.
I have been practicing as a personal change facilitator and spiritual guide for the past decade. Through my personal spiritual journey, I have gained invaluable insight into authentically living in the present moment.
While I primarily work with adults, I also assist teens over the age of 17. I am also very comfortable working with LGBTQIA folks.
