With over 20 years of experience as a professional musician and music educator, I offer personalized Violin, Viola, and Music Theory instruction to students of all ages and levels. Whether you're picking up the instrument for the first time, preparing for an audition, or deepening your musical understanding, my goal is to guide and inspire each student to reach their full potential.
I’ve served as an Orchestra Director in both public and private schools, where I’ve led ensembles from the ground up—helping students grow in skill, confidence, and musicality. My own training spans rigorous European and American conservatory-style programs, covering not just performance, but also theory, harmony, form analysis, and pedagogy.
I bring a deep understanding of neurodiversity to my teaching, and I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse students. I am committed to creating a flexible, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that honors each student’s unique ways of thinking and learning.
As a performing artist, I’ve played in chamber ensembles, served as concertmaster for orchestras throughout New England, and helped students prepare for performances, competitions, and youth symphony auditions.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in meeting students where they are, nurturing their individual strengths, and creating a learning space that blends structure, creativity, and joy in music-making.
