Thumbtack somehow managed to charge my dead mother’s credit card for 2 leads. Not sure how they obtained her information! Even after I deleted all forms of payment in my account they continued to charge me over $100 and refused to give me a refund. I’ve asked several times for them to delete my account I don’t want to do business with such a shitty company. They refuse to delete my account so this is the best I got. Do yourself a favor and don’t work with Thumbtack. They are shady and don’t give a shit about you. If you wanna call me personally go for it!
