$225 per hour, per fixture minimum Plumbing Service Labor Charge call fee to come out to your home. Plus , cost of parts. (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm)
$250 per hour, per the fixture minimum Plumbing Service call fee to come out to your home. (Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm)
$499 Emergency Plumbing Rate (M-F 10pm - 6am)[

$325 Minimum Tankless Water Heater Diagnostic Fee
$325 Personalized Consultation Mandatory minimum trip inspection service fee for Water Treatment Specialist personal consultation on water system installations recommendations and/or repairs diagnostic parts determinations for labor-only for Water Softeners, Conditioners, MBR, or RO system.
These fee covers fuel and Plumber or Water Treatment Specialist representative time for coming out to your location and inspection or diagnostic of your unit, and / or determination of materials that will be needed for custom installations or repairs. Will not be waived mandatory professional service fee. Professional Service.

$289 Plumbing Booking Diagnostic minimum fee (Normally, $425 offered to first-time customers within the first 5 minutes of their post for services! Upon initial phone conversation with booking representatives only, no text! To qualify, clients must answer phone. Customers must sign and pay the booking fee form sent by email or text to reserve their time immediately).
$366 Annual Rountine Tankless Water Heater Maintenance Flush (45 minutes flushing, 15 minutes rinse). 1 hour total perseveres your home unit manufacturer warranty. Minimum (1) flush per year depending on hard water.
$499 Extended Tankless maintenance flush (1.5 hours flushing, 15 minutes rinse). (Normally, offer to clients that missed more than one annual flush to help restore their units' heat and attempt to save the client from having to purchase new heater unit dew to sevre lack of maintenance. The client must ask your representative for this option upfront.
Trip inspection for water system installation recommendations, includes water hardness test, Sodium hypochlorite disinfectant (chlorine residual test) upon request in advance with text conformation, evaluation of home/building inlet water mainline on the customer side of the water meter for determination of water conditioning or Softener unit(s) installations & recommendations.
