Dez It All was created to allow people the ability to overcome their fears and feel comfortable in their bodies through dance and yoga! We wanted a safe space for people to reconnect to themselves and their partners through movement, stillness, or sound healing. We offer salsa, bachata, ballet, two step, jazz, tango, Vinyasa Flow, sound healing, Restorative Yoga and we are trauma informed certified. I can't wait to share with you the tools to become more confident and comfortable on the dance floor or in yoga class.
