I'm Craig Dane owner/operator of CDE event bartending.
Thank you for the opportunity to quote your event and for your interest in CDE!
*Our fee includes one extra hour of prep, my portable bar set up if needed, extra coolers/metal bin, cocktail ice bin, barware tools, cocktail straws and napkins, trash can, floor mat, all detailed consultations and constant clean-up.
*Fee is plus client gratuity of your choice based on your level of satisfaction and total fee.
Fee assumes use of a guest tip jar. Without one add $15 per hour per bartender. Guest tip jars these days are completely hit or miss as many folks don't carry cash nor feel the need to tip.

Our bartenders are assigned the week of the event.
*For liability reasons when serving an open bar our max. window of service is FOUR hours plus the one extra prep/set up hour.
Our attention to detail and the time we put into making your event a success is second to none in this business. This is info our clients have shared with us :)
Beware the "discount" bartender. This service business I created is my livelihood, not my side job. You only have one chance with your all important event and you'll typically get what you pay for.
