I am a Protestant minister with extensive experience in supporting couples and myself through some very difficult and dark times. The theology that I hold is reserved for my own inner process and is not imposed upon those I serve. Rather I meet you where you may be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I am not a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist. My particular strength is in emotional intelligence which offers practical tools and exercises to nurture the relationship to stability and trust. By exploring the inner workings of your emotions, we can begin to construct a realistic value system for you to work within.
