My goal is to ensure that my clients feel like their voice comes through clearly in their messaging, whether the communication is spoken or read. I make sure to ask questions that get to the heart of their message while also helping the client realize what information their audience really needs to hear. I give clients the space they need to feel comfortable being honest and thorough during the preparation stage, which leads to a powerfully written piece. All messages are individually produced and customized based on the needs and personality of the client. Each client is unique, and their message should be as well.
Few moments are more satisfying than when my clients come to me and say, "That's it! That's exactly what I was looking for." I view myself as an interpreter, so being told by many clients that they did not even have to change a single word always brings a smile to my face. Most importantly, providing a service that allows my clients to better (or even change) their lives with their own sentiments allows me to do something both greater than money and myself.
