I offer tailored yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions with advanced training in prenatal and postpartum, yoga after a traumatic brain injury, etc. I help people connect with their calming energy and find safe ways to move in yoga postures.

My service is a practical approach to bring balance back to the body through stretching, strengthening, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. I like to bring something new to every session to keep body movement a discovery process. Trainings: foundational certification from Wake Up Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics from the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury, Pre-postnatal, Yoga for Scoliosis and many more. My work in public health and postpartum healing has also informed my approach to teaching yoga.
I love when someone discovers a new way to connect with their body, or discover something new about how the body moves and functions. It's the "aaha" moments, the transfer of knowledge and understanding, that are so rewarding.
