About

My first yoga class as a student, I was the one in the back row who the instructor said was doing it wrong. I know now as an instructor that she was trying to protect me from injury; but at the time, I was embarrassed & did not set foot in another yoga class for years. Thankfully, my next instructor introduced me to yoga without judgement, competition, or expectation. Yoga is for EVERY body.

I love seeing my students growth & joy not only in their yoga practice but also within themselves.
