Hi, I'm Jen! I'm leading Yoga and Pilates in NYC.

***My rates are range from $130-180 per hour for one person. If I am outside your budget, respectfully do not reach out via Thumbtack. I only offer discounts for Remote sessions (on zoom) or if you buy a package of sessions in bulk.***

I work with clients that are serious about their goals and committed to their practice.

Each private session is tailored specifically to your needs. I work with beginners that want to develop more flexibility and strength, advanced students that want to improve their handstands and arm balances, pregnant women in every trimester, CEOs wanting to relax and recharge their energy, and couples that do a weekly class together as a fun bonding activity.
