Hi! I am a retired engineer. I got my yoga teacher certification in 2014 and have been teaching ever since. My students enjoy yoga practice that is customized just for them. With one-on-one instruction, I can work around any limitations you may have as well as focus on your specific requests. Since March of 2020 I have primarily been teaching online. I like to see others benefit from yoga practice. I have several students that started with me over 4 years ago. It is heartwarming to see how they have progressed in their practice. I have students that suffer from back issues, shoulder and knee issues as well as students without physical issues. I enjoy creating a practice that is best for the student. I have students that have stressful jobs and we meditate to help alleviate anxiety on and off the mat. I enjoy teaching practices that meet the specific needs of each student.
Everyone can practice yoga! Everyone can benefit. We just start with different abilities.
