Ever since childhood I had a determined plan, a career I knew I would pursue, a life that was laid out and all the checks marks that come with it. Life however did not fall into that plan.
After doing all the things I was supposed to do, get the grades, attend the right schools, land that dream career… I felt empty, unfulfilled and completely lost.
I found yoga as a way to counteract my high pressure job, high intensity workouts and go go go lifestyle. Finding a slower, more mindful approach to movement opened up a whole other world of opportunities for me and drive me to think differently about how I was living- my expectations, my mindset and most importantly my inner work.
At a very young age, I had been blessed with an auto immune condition that never really was treated or responded as expected (loads of meds, chemicals and injections just didn’t work and wreaked havoc on my body after awhile) my new found practice had leaked into my health approach and opened me up to alternative medicine. The full life transformation made me lean deeper into coaching. Rather than analyzing, coaching and being coached to runes out my life in ways I never even expected- relationships, careers, even money. All things that I had placed limits on and felt stagnant from.
After spending almost 10 years focusing on the physical side of my clients ailments, I went into it from a foundational approach 2 years ago. My goal by coaching is to help people uncover themselves on a deeper level, get clarity quicker and not spend 2 decades stumbling thru it the way I did :) My deepest wish is to leave people stronger, happier, healthier and more independent.
