Jamie has been studying and practicing yoga for over 25 years and is a 500 HR E-RYT, YACEP. She began her practice as a way to heal from stress and anxiety and discovered that yoga enhanced all aspects of her life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Jamie leads from the heart and guides vinyasa style classes combining breath, energy, and movement. Her clear and encouraging teaching style allows yogis of all levels, ages, and backgrounds to feel supported and motivated. She is passionate about helping others cultivate their own healing practice by connecting to the universal flow of energy and combining physical strength with natural movement knowing that every body is unique. Her experience and nurturing make each class a challenging and loving space to grow and explore. Jamie is grateful to all of the teachers on her path and is inspired most by her two children who teach her to remain present, joyful, and connected.
