Above all, I believe in the importance of staying light-hearted and strategically optimistic. We're not as broken as we think, and we're totally allowed to have fun doing yoga... in my humble opinion.
Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness have been helpful tools throughout my life. I began practicing yoga when I was 7, long before I knew that I wanted to teach it, or that it would become such a large part of my life. Since then, these tools have become such integral parts of my life that I decided I can't NOT share these with my community.
Yoga gives us a chance to catch our breath, take an honest and whole-hearted look at what's really going on, and care for ourselves. This is such an important practice as the more we care for and love ourselves, the more we have to offer our families and communities.
Teaching yoga to people in all walks of their lives is now my passion and vocation. I teach public classes, run kids’ + family programs at studios in Philadelphia, have many private clients that I work with to improve mobility and mitigate stress + pain both locally and remotely!
