Hi, my name is Abbey Voss. I am a Nashville native and so fortunate to work as a yoga teacher here in Music City. My passion in life is connecting with people. I love my job for this reason. It is such an honor to hold space for my students to reconnect with themselves and find balance through physical, mental and emotional heath. My students will develop strength, find grounding, feel freedom, flexibility and will eventually move towards self discovery and clarity in their life.
