I am on fire for yoga, and love to share my passion with others!! Before doing a class, we can chat on the phone about your needs and what you hope to get out of a class. It would be my honor to guide you alongside your yoga journey. Whether you’ve been doing yoga for years or never taken a class, I would love to work with you.

I also have over three years experience teaching hot vinyasa in studio.
