About

Namaste amazing people! I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and instructing for five. I am a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor. I teach kids from 2yrs old up to 102yrs young. My practice of choice is, but not limited to, Vinyasa. I also instruct pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chair yoga, kids yoga, teen yoga, athletes yoga, barre, and Yin.

I believe yoga is not only a work”out” but more importantly a work “in”.

I hope you will allow me the honor to work with you one-on-one and/or with your group on an intimate level.
