Hello! I am Faria - A social worker in training, a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 500 hour) and trained in Yoga Therapy. Since 2016 I have been on a journey of learning and trained in specialty tracks such as Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga.

I enjoy sharing the gifts of yoga for all the therapeutic benefits of this practice - from the power of channeling the breath and finding mindful movement to discovering the zen this practice offers physically, emotionally, and mentally through movement and meditation.

I have been teaching for the past 5 years and have helped clients with mobility and strength, reduce stress and anxiety, find ease and joy within themselves using the tools of yoga. Whether you want to begin the journey of yoga, explore asanas or find some therapeutic benefits of this beautiful practice, I'll be delighted to guide you through your journey in our work together.

MY approach to yoga is not simply the physical aspect and just addressing the physical layer. I will see you as a whole person and take your whole being into account as we find the right practice for you!
