Hello! My name is Dana and I am a school teacher by day and yoga teacher by night. I have a masters degree in early childhood education, childhood education, and special education. I am also a registered 200hour yoga teacher with yoga alliance and a certified Kidding Around Yoga Teacher for kids.
I have a deep passion for sharing and teaching the practice of yoga. I love all aspects of yoga and incorporate them each into my classes. To me yoga isn't just about the asana (poses) but about guiding others on the journey to discovering their true inner selves through uniting mind, body, and breath. I am open to designing classes to your liking and can accommodate any needs!
