Hello, my name is Kimya!

I am a 500-hour trained, British Yoga Instructor with experience teaching private and group yoga classes in various settings. I left my life as a Lawyer back in London in 2017 to pursue my dream of teaching yoga - a practice that was life changing for me - mentally, physically and emotionally.

Yoga goes far beyond a physical practice, hence my approach to teaching is holistic. My personal experience with panic attacks, trauma and anxiety allow me to relate to my students’ vulnerabilities and tailor my classes to every need.

I incorporate Meditation & Sound Healing into each class for a full, integrated experience. I am also certified in Yin Yoga and Reiki (energy healing).

I am grateful everyday for this opportunity to connect and grow with beautiful souls and watch them flourish!
