Having been fortunate enough to find my passion at a young age, the entirety of my adult years have been dedicated to the study and practice of holistic health and healing modalities. After graduating from Purdue with a degree in Health and Wellness, I went on to graduate school where I studied Herbal Medicine at the American College of Healthcare Sciences. I have also pursued several professional certifications in the wellness industry from yoga teaching to holistic nutrition and health coaching.. but I’m not done yet! I am currently in training at the Denver Integrative Massage School to become a licensed massage therapist.
I am also employed at StretchLab Cherry Creek where I provide one-on-one assisted stretching for clients. Together, my educational background and my experience as a yogi and flexologist at StretchLab have granted me a plethora of knowledge regarding the human body and I am having a blast putting that into practice with my private yoga clients. When I’m not with clients, you can find me studying, practicing yoga, cuddling my fur babes, growing my own food and herbs and spending time outdoors. I especially love going to the mountains to camp, hike, and ride my bike. Thanks for reading, I hope to practice with you soon! :)
