My name is Bianca, and I’m a yoga teacher, personal trainer, somatic movement guide, holistic wellness coach, trauma-aware and neurodivergent educator, and founder of East Meets West Training. Over the las decade, I’ve taught nearly 3,000 hours of yoga and worked with clients around the world to build strength, calm, and confidence—one breath, one movement, one day at a time.

REIKI & ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS
Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about allowing your body the space to restore.
I offer Reiki and intuitive energy work sessions designed to support your nervous system, clear emotional buildup, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
These sessions are gentle but powerful, and often include elements of breathwork, grounding touch, guided stillness, or somatic prompts—depending on what your body is calling for.
Ideal for:
-Nervous system overload or burnout
-Emotional heaviness or energetic stagnation
-Sleep challenges, anxiety, or sensory overwhelm
-Times of transition, grief, or creative block
-Anyone craving a reset that’s more subtle than a stretch—but just as needed

Sessions are available in-person or virtually. You don’t need to believe in Reiki for it to support you—you just need to be open to stillness, intention, and the wisdom your body already carries.

I created East Meets West Training to bridge the gap between science and soul. After healing from narcolepsy through yoga and breathwork in 2014, I committed my life to helping others reclaim their energy, confidence, and wholeness.
I’ve trained across the U.S. and Asia in yoga, somatics, fitness, and behavior change. Today, I support people from all walks of life—from stressed-out professionals to neurodivergent entrepreneurs to high-performing teams—through compassionate, customized wellness that actually works.
