I am a Movement Coach focused on helping you become pain-free, more aware of your body, build strength, and gain flexibility. Getting into fitness was my way of searching for ways to help my father be healthier, but what I uncovered was how much I needed movement to thrive. Movement became my conduit for exploring the world and learning.
As time went on, I’ve practiced yoga, calisthenics, and other forms of movement to build strength and resiliency in my body in unexpected ways. My practice helps me keep pain-free joints, to reduce stress, and live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
