Hi my name is Justine, I have been a yoga practitioner for 8 years and have been teaching since 2017. I bring a variety of poses and transitions to the mat allowing my students to explore and expand both in the mind + body. My sessions offer you a safe space to connect with yourself allowing you to fully embody the experience when challenge and building strength come into play. I utilize meditation + breathing techniques to invite a deeper mind body connection.
