I’m a certified hypnotherapist and registered yoga instructor and owner of Homlistic Healing. I focus on allowing people to reclaim their joy on and off their mat even if they don’t know where to begin. I help people discover a yoga practice that meets their body and transforms the phrase, “I’m not flexible enough for yoga”, to, “Yoga is enough for me.” As a hypnotherapist I help people shift through change, sit with their inner child, release grips of addictions habits and fears, and help discover the best life you’ve lived by doing the work that cracks open your joy.
