Yoga has helped me transform, shift, grow, and heal on the mental, emotional, and physical levels. I am very passionate about helping my clients savor this growth through finding mindfulness to their thoughts and emotions through yoga. Finding body, mind and soul allignement is huge and crucial for well-being. Practicing yoga has helped me reaching this state of being. Learning how to access the available and existing peace and serenity within through a yoga flow is what my purpose from sharing and guiding a toga session is. Growth through yoga is for me the destination , one baby step at a time with gentleness and love to self first . A gentleness that will flow to my surrounding. This is achieved by cerating a space where one can sit with herself and listen and learn how to trust the inner voice and guidance. Yoga is an amazing journey of self-discovery and the unfolding of self. It creates a space for growth, and it connects us to a deeper serene space at our core. Through asana pauses and movement , yoga has helped me navigate my traumas and learn self-love and acceptance. I am very passionate to help other with what has helped me most. i meat my clients ewactly where they are and facilitate their growth in awarness to self through asana poses. I am gratfully 200 hr certified and currently working on my 300 hr. Grace to an amazing journey. So much gratitude for the possibility of sharing it with others which became a very important purpose of mine.
