I’m a Certified YOGABODY® Stretch Coach and use classic yoga poses informed by modern science for a safe and pragmatic approach to increasing your range of motion at any age.
I primarily focus on Hamstrings, hips, and spine.
I have been an athlete and a dancer for a good part of my life and also a mom now. Taking a science based stretching approach has really helped in these areas by maintaining mobility and strength. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals by providing a supplemental stretching practice to enhance/maintain their mobility.
