Hi there, You will rent a single-person bedroom in this house. Your bathroom will be shared with one more person in the future. The common area (living room, kitchen) is shared with the other tenants, who are all males. Utilities are shared among the tenants. The current tenant is a responsible guy who helps keep the house clean and does weeklychores. Alternatively, the tenants can share the expense for a monthly cleaning service if wanted. This is a six-month lease, then it will be month to month. Thus, this is the best option if you are looking for a short-term lease. No pets or smoking, please. No smoking since one of the current tenants has an allergy. This room is for a single tenant only. Monthly Rent $500.00 (Utilities not included) Deposit upon move-in shall include First and Last Month s Rent and a $300.00 Security Deposit
