Has access to living room, family room, kitchenand laundry room. I am looking for someone single who has a stable job. I am allergic to pets, so I don't allow pets at all. I am hoping to find someone respectful, honorable, responsible and clean. The electric bill is the only thing that will need to be split. Utilities included are Wi Fi, water, gas and trash. You must be able to show proof of a steady income or financial support. Below you will find the description of both options. First bedroom available is $825 a month with $400 security deposit and it has a bathroom shared with just 1 other person and conveniently located right outside of your door. It includes a TV, closet and a bed that can be removed if you have your own bed. Second bedroom is at $950 with $475 security deposit with a shared bathroom too.
