In a partnership with DFA Development, the Housing Authority County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) is thrilled to announce Cottage Village Apartments, a facility of affordable housing for income-eligible seniors in Manteca. The complex consists of 40 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units.
This project was made possible by funding from the City of Manteca, San Joaquin County, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and permanent financing. These units will receive Housing Choice Project-Based Vouchers rental subsidies.
